Shifting from ego-systems to eco-systems

There’s a perceptible shift in leadership styles that’s happening in business, non-profits and communities – more participative, more democratic, more humble. The literature is still sparse, however, and not enough is being written about the pitfalls and challenges of leading co-creative change. The following articles point to this change, and offer insights on how to that co-creative impact practitioners may find useful.
